What makes Hoopers Bay Villas (HBV) a value are the intangibles. These intangibles, once experienced, are easier to understand. First, the caretaker lives next door and he is amazing. He will go out of his way to make certain that you are comfortable. Second the people are wonderful and friendly. You can sit on your porch and chat with a neighbor. If you want to be part of an island community, this is it. Next, the beauty of the nearby beaches. Jolly Roger beach is made up of other beaches and is a fun place to hang out, the water at the beach near Moss Town is indescribable, Hoopers Bay is breath taking. This small bay is very protected and pure. The result is excellent swimming in warm clear water. The bay is home to a wonderful collection of turtles and tropical fish. At night, the sea breeze can be magical. The beauty of this island is difficult to explain. The islands of Exuma are pristine and rural.

 What we offer is a Bahamian out-island experience and a sense of serenity. It is a place to slow down and reconnect with your spouse or family and reconnect with your inner self. HBV is the perfect place to come home to after a day of exploring the island, fishing, diving, kayaking or beach combing. Enjoy early morning or evening strolls along the beach and take in the fresh ocean air or sit on the porch and listen to the many birds while you sip your morning coffee. While HBV is not directly on the water front, the beach is across the street and getting to the access is just a quick walk. The other beaches close by are just a short bike ride away.
HBV cottages are centrally located, close to restaurants and within walking distance to a well stocked food and liquor store.

  
Each cottage has 2 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms   - 1 with a Queen Bed and the other with 2 Twin Beds, great for Families or Couples.  Kitchens are fully equipped, with coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator/freezer, full range stove with convection oven, and toaster. You can even arrange to have a local "chef" prepare your meals. Spacious Living and Dining Areas, with Cable T.V., DVD player, Electronic Games, and Board Games.
